ok..jom kita cerita apa yg jadi hari tu...
mlm sebelum tu, mommy dah ingtkan yr abah spy bagun awal. kita kna ada sna sekurang2nya 7.45am.. tau apa yr abah cakap, "huh, naper kna g awal sgt...org xramai...xyah g awal sgt pun xpa"... ok. sbg seorang istri yg patuh
sendri mau agak la kan...parking pun penuh..org menunggu xyah cakap la kan.. ehheheh, padan muka kan...kna tunggu sgt la lama.. nasib xbaik pulak, this time around, ramai budak2 sek/uni datng untuk buat medical check-up...so org yg menunggu dah jadi double... huaaahuaaa....
ni lah KKPJ tu..
sgt byk bnda nak kna buat for this 'buka buku' procedure... 1st skali check urine..ni standard nyer process nak check ada bnda2 pelik x dalam urine...nsib kat cni cepat.. ok...everything seems ok with thumbs up... so here we go to the next kaunter...

ok...we proceed to the next counter. this time kna g DENTIST. i really hate dentist. tapi sbb terpaksa, g la jugak. mak datuk, punya lah ramai. tapi mmg ada hari ni ja untuk setlekan yr check-up, tunggu la jgk.
this time, me dah pening2 lalat.. dr pagi mmg xmakan apa2 langsung. dengan ambik darahnya + tungu berzaman2, dengan perut kosong, rasa mcm nak terbalik. yr dady dah kelaparan sgt2 so i ask him to go and breakfast 1st and buy for me some drink+bread while i am waiting for the dentist. xtau la yr dad makan apa...punya lah lama.. nasib time tu dah dapat kerusi n dapat duduk. klu still berdiri tunggu giliran, confirm dah jatuh cium lantai... at the end daddy came with 1 tin of soya.. lepas minum baru rasa ok.. tapi of coz la sakit kepala xhilang. angin dah sampai ke kepala. after 1 hours ++, dapat jumpa dentist tu...biasa la, my gigi mmg dah tau conditionnya...sengeh2 jer la kat doc tu.. then here we go to the next counter.

the next counter is to jumpa the nurse. hmm...ni pun berjanggut berjambang jgk la menunggu. daddy dah panas bontot menunggu lama sgt.. hahahha, rasakan. org dah bgtau kna datang awal tapi dia xnak. tunggu lama2 tau lak bosan. kat cni pun more than 1hour gak menunggu. mcm2 ragam manusia leh tgk time ni. yg paling kecian kat new born bby yg kna tunggu lama jgk untuk buat check-up + the mommy. awat la x sediakan special unit for the new born. cepat la sket diorang leh balik n rest.
yg mommy+daddy with numerous kids pun satu hal jgk... bdak tu lari sana, lari cni, ingt playground kot. langgar org suka hari, terjerit2...yg mak bapak tungok buat bodoh jer...hisshh...civik rendah sungguh... naik geram pun ada dgn tahap kesabran yg makin menipis tunggu turn xsampai2... sabo mek sabo....
at last, sampai giliran...
1st thing nurse to bgtau, next appointment kna g kat KK Jenjarom. mmg sgt2 marah time ni. dia xtau, KK jenjarom tu lagi jauh dr KKPJ ni... suka suki dia ja... hmmm... tapi xper...mommy leh sabar lagi.
nurse ni check tekanan darah, berat, breast + yr heart beat.
Tekanan darah - 120/78...on par...hehehe...kna jaga2 with all the oilly +salty food
Berat - 127kg. i gain 2kg from raya till now... a good in a bad way.. naik sket tu ok tp klu dah mmg overweight, xdernyer good kot mna pun.
Breast - the nurse it is good and suitable to breastfeed you later2.. Insyaallah.
yr heartbeat... lovely...
masa check heart best ni yg sgt2 menakutkan. the nurse just pakai scan untuk dgr yr heartbeat. habis my perut kna tonyoh n tekan2... lama gak la... dia xjumpa. huhuhu...sgt2 risau time ni. i still connot feel u inside me then the nurse to leh la pulak kan xjumpa yr heartbeat. mna la mommy xrisau. mcm nak pecah ja jantung time tu. tapi still leh control n think positif since nothing bad happen or any weird sign shows up. so i convincing myself...you are ok.
habis smua tu, nurse tu cakap, ptg ni kna jumpa doc. what??? ingtkan dah habis. dissbbkan dah kul 12 time tu...so appointment ngn doc after 2pm la... huhuhu...
disbbkan xbreakfast, we go for lunch at Food Court 1st. Borak2, itu ini...baru kul 1 lebih. terpaksalah menunggu dalam kereta sbb kat situ xder tempat duduk. pinggang pun rasa dah nak tercabut ja.

the doc mmg nmpk doc muda but very nice. this time kita scan 1more time to see what are you doing in my tummy. scan kali ni bru nmpak sbb dia pakai ultrascan..u re doing find. i can see yr tulang belakang, kepala, kaki n tgn. that time you the lambai2 kat mummy. so cute.
klu ikutkan calender + calculation, that time you should be around 17 weeks but after the scan, yr size is actually 16 weeks. but the doc said nothing to worry because you are healthy n good there.

so the new EDD for you is 11 June 2013 which is 1 days before my Birthday...do you want to share Birthday with mummy? will wait n see what & when ok...
the doc also ask me to drink 'air gula'...hahhaha...ni sbb me dah tentu2nya overweight and mak tok ada sejarah kencing manis. doc takut me also have the kencing manis that will effect u..so on the 20th weeks, kita minum air gula yer baby... shedappp!!!.... huhuhuh
after we setle everything at KKPJ, we go straight to Klinik mediviron at Puncak Bukit Jalil. We decide to do two checkup for u. 1 gomen, 1 private..just for double checkup n confirmation. sebenarnya still ada kerisauan sbb ikut scan td, baby terkecik more than 1week as it should be..so mommy nak suh doc kat private confirmkan skali lagi.
yup...we get the same result...you are 16weeks but happily in me...so no more worries in me n yr dad.
so far...it is quite tiring day but i am happy to see you n know that u are ok there. sit there and enjoy you time in there n when the time come, lets meet ok...cant wait to see u.
oh...lupa lak nak tulis. skg ni kna makan 3jenis vit.
1- new obimin (for zat besi+asid folic).
2- kalsium (mommy xminum susu, so untuk tulang kna makan ni)
3- minyak ikan (for yr brain dev, u need DHA)
